Our Chief Culture Officer, Nicholas Wardle, has been a driving force in the creation of People and Culture Kuwait (PACK).
The group aims to equip Kuwait's organisations with the knowledge, tools and community they need to build people-centred cultures that continuously improve.
Earlier this year, Brand Experiences hosted a dinner for founding members, where they discussed the highs and the challenges of working in P&C; as well as enjoying fine food.
More recently, in April PACK held their first event – an online webinar: Leading employees through crisis.
The feedback from the event was 5* and one attendee fed back that it gave them 'lots of tips to think about'.
More events and support for the P&C community is planned for 2026 and beyond.
