The time is overdue to stop simply talking about culture and start DOING your culture.

Our October culture special newsletter 'What is organisational culture?' must have struck a chord as we received many more emails in response than usual.

This was rather pleasing to us at Brand Experiences as in 2026 we're launching a new culture offer and a new book on high-performance culture.

To complement this, we'll also be launching a new culture newsletter, which will replace EXclusive News.

How do I receive this newsletter?

The good news is that you don't have to do anything - you'll automatically be added to the distribution list. If you have a colleague or someone in your wider network who you think would benefit from the newsletter, then send them this link.

What's the new culture offer about?

We're committed to supporting organisations to build high-performance culture at pace and scale. We don't want to take the gloss from the launch but what sets us apart is our approach:

  • Every single employee is invited to contribute through a variety of touchpoints.
  • We own all the tools required to obtain a complete picture of your culture to inform how you then drive high-performance.
  • We deliver all the coaching and mentoring ourselves – so no need for costly outsourcing.
  • We offer a 12, 24 or 36-month programme, ensuring best practice is embedded not simply referred to.
  • Our work is impactful from day one.

How can I find out more?

Details of the offer will be shared in the January newsletter. We'll also be having a launch event in early 2026. You can register your interest here.

So, if you’d like your culture to be people-centred, action-oriented and relentless in improvement, then continue to follow us! The time is overdue to stop simply talking about culture and start DOING your culture.
