The Employee Experience Opportunity
We are on a mission to give employee experience parity with customer experience.
As far back as 2017, Forbes named creating a compelling Employee Experience (EX) as the No 1 HR trend. And yet, as we head into 2021, the reality is that most organisations are still doing little more than pay lip service to their claims about employees being their most important asset.
The pandemic has forced organisations to work in different ways. Employees have risen to the challenge by showing how adaptable they can be to new ways of working, and most do not want to simply return to the old ways of presenteeism and lack of trust. How organisations balance the needs of employees with the pressures to increase productivity will be a critical success factor as we look to rebuild our economy.
According to 2018 Gallup figures, only 15% of employees worldwide feel engaged in their work, leading to the global costs of unproductivity at a staggering $7 trillion. Something must change... and you can be a part of that change.
