UN Sustainable Development Goals

Helping organisations contribute to the achievement of the UN SDG's

In 2015, the UN set out its global agenda for Sustainable Development with a set of Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's) to be achieved by 2030.

It was, and still is, a call to action for society, governments and the private sector to work together to achieve dignity, peace and prosperity for people and the planet, both now and in the future.

Brand Experiences has heeded that call as part of its ongong commitment to sustainability. In order to maximise our impact, we are going beyond our own commitments to use our knowledge and expertise of people sustainability to help others with their sustainability objectives.

We have chosen the 4 most relevant SDG's to focus on:

SDG 3 Good Health & Wellbeing

Workplace related health and wellbeing issues are on the rise. If not resolved they represent a risk to the health and prosperity of individuals and the organisations that employ them. Our unique approach focuses on prevention by boosting motivation and resilience to have a lasting and positive effect on health and wellbeing at work.

SDG 8 Decent Work & Economic Growth

According to the UN "Decent work means means opportunities for everyone to get work that is productive and delivers a fair income, security in the workplace and social protection for families, better prospects for personal development and social integration." And "Sustained and Inclusive economic growth can drive progress, create decent jobs for all and improve living standards." We believe that sustainable productivity growth is the key to this and our solutions address the 3E's of productivity: Environment; Emotion; and Energy.

SDG 9 Industry, Innovation & Infrastructure

The UN believes that "Inclusive and sustainable industrialisation, together with innovation and infrastructure, can unleash dynamic and competitive forces that generate employment and income." We agree with this statement and have developed our mojo platform to build the inclusive and sustainable workforce needed to drive growth and innovation.

SDG 17 Partnerships For The Goals

The UN states that "Multistakeholder partnerships will be crucial to leverage the inter-linkages between the Sustainable Development Goals to enhance their effectiveness and impact and accelerate progress in achieving the Goals." Brand Experiences are addressing this in 3 ways: Firstly, we are providing connectivity between SDG's 3,8,9 and 17; secondly, we are partnering with our clients to achieve their own sustainability goals and objectives; and finally, we are working to create an ecosystem of complimentary parties and services to amplify our 'People Sustainability' impact and reach.
