Helping Al Mulla shape their Employee Experience
Putting people first
Brand Experiences were commissioned by Al Mulla Group (AMG) to undertake an EX Audit to assess the current state and attitudes towards their employee experiences, and then produce a report to provide recommendations and highlight best practices to improve employee engagement and performance across AMG. The activities included both qualitative and quantitative research involving employees from the Executive Team through to Managers.
It was decided that to get the best results, the EX Audit should include face to face focus groups and interviews. During a week spent with AMG in Kuwait the following activities were undertaken:
- 13 Focus Groups
- 10 One to One interviews
- 1 Pulse Survey
To maximise participation, Brand Experiences also supported AMG with the internal communications for the project - from raising awareness through to focus groups and interview invites.

The research culminated in a comprehensive report which identified eight main themes where potential improvements could be made and each theme was accompanied by a clear set of recommended actions along with estimated budgets.
The recommendations all align with AMG’s values of excellence, professionalism and innovation.
Brand Experiences returned to Kuwait to present the findings and recommendations to Mr Talal Al Mulla, the group CEO. We look forward to supporting AMG with their EX efforts moving forward.
