2026: The year workplace culture finally takes centre stage #9

Culture is being owned collectively

The old model: Senior leaders and/or HR sets the culture.

The new model: Everyone shapes the culture.

2026 will be the year where:

- Leaders own behaviours

- Teams co-create norms

- IT enables the systems

- Individuals understand their motivators and their purpose

- Culture becomes a shared responsibility

It’s not top-down or bottom-up. It’s people-focussed.

This shift is long overdue… and is massively impactful.

Do get in touch if you'd like to discuss how to create a people-first culture.
