Hybrid working is entering chapter two

2026 will see organisations move beyond debating office days and start designing cultures that actually work. The best cultures are defined by outcome-based trust, consistency, and human connection, not attendance policing and counting key strokes.

The companies that get hybrid right will see higher retention, more productivity, and fewer “us vs them” tensions.
