2026: The year workplace culture finally takes centre stage #7

Culture is measurable, finally

You can’t improve what you can’t measure.

For years, culture was seen as too intangible to track properly, which meant it was hard to improve, hard to invest in, and easy to deprioritise.

But modern tools now let us measure:

- Motivation fulfilment

- Culture consistency

- Early warning signs of disengagement

- Resistance to change

- Quantifying culture changes everything.

And 2026 will make culture as measurable as finance or performance… which means ignoring it becomes indefensible.

Do contact us if you'd like to discuss how to measure the impact of your culture.
