Brand Experiences supports growth with appointment of Nicholas Wardle

We’re delighted to announce that Nicholas Wardle has joined Brand Experiences in the newly created role, Head of Employee Experience. Nicholas is the co-author of the ground-breaking book Monetising the Employee Experience which he wrote with our Chief Experience Officer, Mike Sharples, and has over 15 years' experience in Employee Experience (EX), both in the UK and in the Middle East. He’s also the co-founder of The Employee Experience Opportunity, which is supported by The Institute of Internal Communication.

Nicholas will head up our EX offering and will focus on supporting our clients to:

  • Build the business case for investment in EX
  • Define the ‘moments that matter’ along the Employee Journey
  • Utilise EX tools to create effective experiences
  • Increase motivation and productivity through our mojo platform
  • Devise compelling Internal Communications strategies and tactics
  • Create effective Internal Communications channels
  • Achieve higher levels of Employee Engagement
