Mike Sharples says: “I have worked with Nicholas for a number of years now, first as a client and then as a collaborator on the book, the EXO and the toolkit; and I am very excited about what this appointment means for our business and for our clients. The way we work has changed forever and the knowledge and experience that Nicholas brings will allow us to help even more organisations take advantage of the opportunity this presents. Nicholas will focus upon enabling our clients to understand the ROI of EX, and how to best utilise EX tools to create great experiences. He will also be able to offer our clients advice on best-in-practice Internal Communications and Employee Engagement strategies, tools, channels and tactics.
“We’ve seen huge interest in mojo, our employee motivation and productivity platform, so it’s perfect timing that Nicholas has joined.”
Nicholas added: “I am a great believer that the key to future organisational success lies in how we treat our employees, so the opportunity to help not just one but many organisations achieve this was too good to turn down.”
Nicholas is an award-winning EX practitioner, and he has worked across many sectors, including: the arts, television, local government, retail, housing and care. He’s a Fellow of the Institute of Internal Communications (IoIC) and has won several industry awards – both personally and for projects he’s led. His mantra is to 'make the complex, simple' and he believes that the Employee Experience should have parity with the Customer Experience.
Nicholas is a sought-after chair and speaker at EX events and is certainly a high-profile figure within the industry.
