We’re delighted to announce that Jenifer Odilon Höpfner has joined Brand Experiences in the newly created role, Research & Insights Manager.
Jenifer, a business psychologist, has a deep-rooted passion for EX design that has taken her into a variety of sectors, including: theatre, social media, hospitality, events, and human resources.
Jenifer will manage all aspects of EX research and insights and will focus on:
- Advancing the Employee Experience Opportunity for organisations
- Developing EX tools to create effective experiences
- Improving the experience for Brand Experiences clients who utilise mojo – the motivation and productivity platform
- Providing thought leadership on EX design
- Being across the latest tech advancements within the industry
Mike Sharples, Chief Experience Officer, says: "I’m delighted that Jenifer has joined the Brand Experiences team and her in-depth topic knowledge and passion for EX will be a great benefit to us and our clients. The EX Opportunity is very real and pressing for businesses but there is still a lack of clarity on which strategies will deliver the best possible results. Jenifer’s work will bring much needed insight and evidence to the ‘why’, the ‘what’ and the ‘how’ of EX. The ‘when’ is NOW!
“Jenifer’s appointment also adds another international dimension to our business – adding mainland Europe to our presence in the UK and Australia; with partners in the Middle East, Asia and North America.”
Jenifer adds: "People want to be noticed, they want to be heard – and my research fully aligns with the EX ethos of Brand Experiences, so I’m very excited to have this opportunity."
About Jenifer
Through her diverse professional experiences, Jenifer has realised how important effective EX design is throughout the Employee Lifecycle. One particular aspect she’s especially passionate about is talent retention, which is why she studied the topic in-depth for her bachelor's thesis.
Jenifer firmly believes that the key to an optimal EX lies in keeping an eye on social trends and being sensitive to the needs and desires of employees. Her research has shown that organisations can achieve a more engaged and satisfied workforce by building EX ‘from the people, for the people’, which translates into higher productivity and lower turnover. Both of which are great for the bottom line.
About Brand Experiences
Brand Experiences helps organisations achieve success by building better experiences for their colleagues and customers. We believe that CX and EX are two sides of the same coin but that EX is the key to long-term and sustainable growth. In 2019 Brand Experiences launched the Employee Experience Opportunity (EXO) with a mission to achieve parity for EX with CX, supported by the Institute of Internal Communications (IoIC).
